Children under 12 months do not require a reservation and may sit on an adult’s lap.
Reservations are non-refundable and only valid for the date/time listed.
Unredeemed reservations will be considered a donation to the event hosts.
Guests are welcome to take personal photos and videos.
By attending, guests grant permission for Once Upon a Party to use photos/videos for promotional purposes.
By purchasing a reservation, guests assume all liability for themselves and their party.

Get the royal treatment in the Princess Parlour with our Frozen Makeover Experience. This add-on features hair and makeup transformation before the event begins as well as the Princess Pack, group photo opportunity with all of the characters and VIP seating for the whole group. Prince options available too!
